The Nourished Path Team

Bonnie Campbell

Registered Dietitian

Founder

Also head of all other departments

Never leaves home without her water bottle

  • Bonnie is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a master’s in nutrition from Bastyr University in Washington State. Originally studying to be a math teacher, she found her true calling in helping people improve their lives through balanced nutrition—no fad diets required!

She worked as a hospital dietitian in Seattle before coaching at Stronger U Nutrition, eventually launching her own business.

Bonnie stays active with F45, Orangetheory, yoga, and home workouts with her squat rack and Peloton.

She’s also handy with power tools and enjoys Dungeons & Dragons, swing dancing, and Stephen King novels.

Kendal Bezecny

Masters in Nutrition

Nutrition and Fitness Coach

Accountability Queen

Has lost 55 lbs herself!

  • Coach Kendal lives in Texas and has been a vital coach at The Nourished Path since May 2021, and was originally a client of Bonnie’s in 2016. She lost 60 lbs despite Crohn’s disease (a digestive autoimmune condition), giving her a unique perspective to help guide her clients as someone who has been there herself!

Kendal has her Masters in Nutrition and is a personal trainer, and has the nickname “accountability queen” because she’s always ready with a helping hand for her clients.

In May 2022 after struggles with IVF she became a mom to little Kai, and has learned so much from motherhood. She dreams of going to Grand Teton National Park when he’s a bit older.

  • Kendal fought with her body for years. Not knowing what to do. Feeling like she was spinning her wheels whenever she tried. Not seeing her hard work pay off. Feeling winded on hikes with her husband.

She came to me without much energy and constant digestion flare ups. With my coaching, she lost 55 lbs.

Kendal learned not only how to lose weight, but how to keep it off without stressing about it. She was able to take hikes again, and enjoy life. Eventually, she was able to conceive little Kai after years of trying. And changing her nutrition had a part to play in that story.

Now Kendal is changing the lives of others as a coach here at The Nourished Path.

Trisha Caton

Registered Dietitian

Nutrition Coach

Nutrition Wizard

Loves F-45 as much as she loves brunch

  • Trisha was Bonnie’s first mentor at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle WA. An RD for over 16 years, her knowledge of nutrition is immense!

She brings a different perspective from other nutrition coaches, focusing on habits and balanced nutrition in addition to macronutrients and calories which fits right into our philosophy at The Nourished Path.

Trisha enjoys working out at F45, brunching with friends, spending time outside with her dogs Chloe and Joey, and fostering for her local dog rescue!

How The Nourished Path began

Bonnie here! If you’ve read this far, I’m guessing you’re curious about how this journey began. In 2012, I hired a nutrition coach, and the accountability and support were life-changing. After graduate school, I wanted to help others in the same way and became a nutrition coach with Stronger U.

After three years and nearly 1,000 clients at Stronger U, ventured on my own and launched The Nourished Path in February 2020. Perfect timing, right? But in a time when people needed support more than ever, I was able to help them prioritize their health. Starting my own business let me offer deeper, more personal coaching to create lasting change.

After a year, The Nourished Path had grown, and I needed to bring on a coach. I thought of Kendal, who had lost over 60 pounds with my help. We stayed connected, and she seemed like the perfect fit. She’s now been an invaluable part of the team for over four years!

I met Coach Trisha while working in a hospital in Seattle —she was actually my mentor as a new dietitian! I’ve always admired her knowledge and knew she’d make an incredible nutrition coach.

We love helping people lose weight, but it goes beyond that. It’s about liking what you see in the mirror, feeling good in your clothes, and having more energy and confidence.

It’s also about deeper changes—less guilt around food, lower inflammation, and better results in the gym. Even things like stronger bones, lower blood sugar, improved cholesterol, and increased fertility.

That’s what keeps us going—helping people live their best lives now and in the future!

“My nutrition coach was always approachable & non-judgmental. Whenever I have a question, she always provides great feedback & recommendations & I never feel it is done in a condescending way.

She has given me the tools to lead a healthy life on my own. Her response time is great & she's so sweet - I feel like we are friends even though we've never met in person! I have recommended Bonnie to many friends who now share the same thoughts/success as I do!”

Our Core Values Define How We Help You Reach Your Goals

Transparency

There is no trust without transparency. How can we expect you to trust us with your nutrition and health if we aren’t honest?

What does that look like?

  • To start, services and pricing are laid of here on our website.

  • We will always admit when we do not know something or when we made a mistake.

  • I will tell you if we are not the right fit to help you reach your goals.

Connect with Kindness

Nutrition is deeply personal. It’s important that you have a coach and team who knows and cares about you.

What does that look like?

  • A conversation with you before any money changes hands so you are excited for what’s to come.

  • Little touches like a birthday card, or remembering that you hate pickles.

  • Never making you feel guilty or judged - we all have our own struggles!

Sustainable Growth

You’re here because you need to make changes and grow, but you need to do that in a way that’s realistic and sustainable.

What does that look like?

  • A coach that pushes you with consistent, small goals.

  • Never expecting perfection, but instead for you to try your best and learn from miss-steps.

  • Guidance and strategies to navigate upcoming challenges.

As Seen and Heard On

“As a Registered Dietitian myself - I knew what to do. But when I noticed weight starting to creep up, especially on my waist, my usual strategies weren’t working. My coach Trisha gives me accountability and perspective and I’ve lost 33 lbs!”
