Easiest ever banana ice cream
loading...
Whip up this tasty, super easy banana ice cream using just two ingredients and a blender – and there's only an hour's freeze time! Oh, and it's healthy too...
How to make easy banana ice cream
- Peel 3 ripe bananas and chop them into chunks.
 - Spread them on a baking tray and freeze for at least 1 hr or overnight until solid.
 - Put the frozen banana pieces in a food processor and pulse. Add 1-2 tbsp of milk - you can use a dairy-free milk like almond milk if you prefer. Then process the mixture just until smooth and scoopable – just like ice cream!
 - Eat it plain for a healthy option, or you can serve it with chocolate or toffee sauce. We also like maple syrup and flaked almonds on top.
