What does the Healthy Eating Plan involve?
- This winter, our Healthy Diet Plan includes two options; this version of the plan includes nutritious meals for optimum health.
 - As well as delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you'll also enjoy good-for-you snacks and desserts.
 - All the recipes are packed with healthy fats, slow-release carbs, vitamins and minerals for improved energy levels, digestion and immunity.
 - We've made it easy to go vegan, including tweaks to recipes or fully plant-based options.
 
We also have a Weight-Loss Diet. Both our plans provide:
